Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping & Delivery We ship across India using trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery times are:
- Metro cities: 3-5 business days
- Other cities & towns: 5-8 business days
Shipping Charges Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. We offer free shipping on orders above 1000.
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to track your package.
Cash on Delivery (COD) COD may be available at select pin codes. Please check availability at checkout.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at kyoko.aahs@gmail.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
Feel free to edit the details (like free shipping threshold, COD availability, etc.) to match your actual shipping setup. Once you're happy with it, paste it into the Shipping Policy field and click Save!
